摘　　要：混频器广泛应用于军民用信道产品中,其原理及相关指标是关注的重点,文章简单分析了常用的二极管双平衡混频器及其应用于生产的情况,并介绍了一种经实验证明性能好的场效应管混频器。Mixers are widely used in military and livilian channel products,the principle and related indicators are the focus of attention.This article briefly analyzes the common diode double-balanced mixer and its application in production.And an FET mixer with good performance Hans had been introduced.
