摘　　要：目的:观察改良口咽通气道对麻醉住院医师借助纤支镜气管插管成功率的影响。方法:选择麻醉住院医师46名,随机均分为传统组和改良组各23例。全麻气管插管患者,由麻醉住院医师分别行单纯经口纤支镜气管插管(传统组)或改良口咽通气道引导下经口纤支镜气管插管(改良组)。结果:改良组首次暴露声门时间和完成插管时间(23.72±5.80s,65.34±11.62s)短于传统组(72.61±12.53s,117.33±23.14s)(P<0.05),SpO2低于90%例数少于传统组(P<0.05),一次插管成功率高于传统组(P<0.05)。2组均未见并发症。结论:改良口咽通气道可提高麻醉住院医师使用经口纤支镜气管插管的成功率。[Objective]The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of modified oropharyngeal airway on the standardized training of resident anesthesiologist for fiberoptic oral intubation. [Method] Forty-six resident anesthesiologists were randomly divided into two groups: the traditional group and the modified group. Patients underwent elective surgery with tracheal intubation were involved, after induction of general anesthesia, patients underwent traditional fiberoptic oral intubation(the traditional group) or modified oropharyngeal airway guided fiberoptic oral intubation(the modified group). [Result] Compared with the traditional group, the first exposing glottal time and completed intubation time(23.72±5.80 s,65.34±11.62 s) were less in the modified group(72.61±12.53 s,117.33±23.14 s)(P<0.05). More patients in the traditional group suffered SPO2 less than 90%(P<0.05), and one-time success rate of fiberoptic oral intubation was higher in the modified group(P<0.05). No complications were observed in either group. [Conclusion] Modified oropharyngeal airway could improve the success rate of fiberoptic oral intubation on resident anesthesiologist.
