摘　　要：目的:调查基层全科医生急诊服务能力的现状,为开展基层全科医生急诊服务能力提升培训提供参考依据。方法:2018年10-12月,采用分层随机抽样的方法在浙江省台州市抽取80家基层医疗机构,对随机抽取的310名基层全科医生进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果:在急诊技术方面,电除颤、简易呼吸球囊使用和气管插管这3项熟练掌握程度偏低,和其重要性并不相匹配,而腰椎穿刺术和气管插管熟练掌握程度最低。在急诊应对能力方面按重要性程度,常见急危重病抢救能力和急危重病识别与转诊能力位居前2,但掌握熟练程度不高;而心电图识别能力熟练掌握程度最低。结论:台州市基层全科医生急诊服务能力参差不齐,总体水平不高。当地卫生行政部门和基层医疗机构应建立基层医务人员定期培训机制,有针对性地开展急救技术和急诊应对能力的培训工作,全力提升台州市基层全科医生的急诊服务能力。[Objective] To investigate the current situation of emergency service ability of primary general practitioners, and provide reference for the training of improving the emergency service ability of primary general practitioners. [Method] From October to December 2018, 80 primary medical institutions were selected by stratified random sampling in Taizhou city of Zhejiang province and 310 randomly selected primary general practitioners were surveyed with questionnaires. The survey results were statistically analyzed.[Result] In terms of first-aid technology, the proficiency levels of electric defibrillation,simple breathing balloon use and tracheal intubation are low and do not match their importance, while the proficiency levels of lumbar puncture and endotracheal intubation are the lowest. In terms of emergency response ability, according to the degree of importance, the ability to rescue common acute and critical diseases and the ability to identify and refer acute and critical diseases rank in the top 2, but their proficiency levels are not high.The degree of proficiency in electrocardiogram recognition ability is the lowest. [Conclusion] The emergency service capacity of basic general practitioners in Taizhou is uneven, and the overall level is not high. Local health administrative departments and primary medical institutions should establish regular training mechanisms for primary medical personnel, carry out targeted training on first-aid technology and emergency response capabilities, and fully enhance the emergency service capabilities of primary general practitioners in Taizhou.
