摘 要:往复压缩机组是油气田高压注气系统中的关键设备,对高压注气系统的安全运行具有十分重要的作用。但往复压缩机组容易发生振动,特别是高压注气系统中的大功率往复压缩机组,因其功率大、排压高,振动风险更大。因此,高压注气系统中大功率往复压缩机组的振动控制设计,直接关系到高压注气系统设计是否成功、运行是否安全。以新疆塔里木油田牙哈DTY4500国产电驱注气压缩机组振动控制设计为例,在初次设计分析后发现局部脉动不平衡力较大,通过脉动振动分析进行优化设计,为提高注气大功率往复压缩机组的运行安全性提供技术参考。The reciprocating compressors are the key equipment in high pressure gas injection facilities and thus play a critical role for the safe operation of high pressure gas injection facilities. As the reciprocating compressors have high risk of vibration due to its working characteristic, especially the high-power reciprocating compressor packages in high pressure gas injection facilities, vibration risk will be more serious due to the large power and high exhaust pressure. Therefore, vibration control design for high-power reciprocating compressors is becoming a very critical work to the successful design, construction and operation of high pressure gas injection facilities. In this paper, aiming at the vibration control design for DTY 4500 kW domestic gas injection compressor packages driven by motor in Xinjiang Yaha, it was found that the lcoal pulsating unbalanced force is greater based on the first design and analysis. The optimized design based on the pulsating vibration analysis has provided technical reference for improving operation safety of high-power reciprocating compressor in gas injection facilities.
