摘　　要：阐述了蒸汽轮机轴端汽封泄漏对设备的影响及危害,介绍了5BH-3型蒸汽轮机轴封系统的组成及工作原理。跳出传统思维方式,站在轴封系统的角度全面分析了背压式蒸汽轮机轴端汽封泄漏的原因并提出了有效的处理措施,为该类型蒸汽轮机轴封泄漏故障的判断与处理理清了思路。This paper expounded the impact and hazards of leakage on shaft seal of steam turbine on equipment,and introduced the composition and working principle of 5 BH-3 steam turbine shaft seal system. Beyond the traditional way of thinking, from the perspective of shaft seal system, a comprehensive analysis of the causes of shaft end gland seal steam leakage in back pressure steam turbine was put forward, and effective treatment measures were put forward. It clarifies the fault diagnosis and treatment of this type of steam turbine shaft seal leakage.
