摘 要:随着船舶设备自动化控制系统的持续发展,电气控制方式已由传统的纯继电器控制升级至单片机、PLC等控制方式,再加上人机界面技术HMI的高速发展及应用,使得船舶设备控制系统更加智能化、生动化。虽然如此,但设备本身的技术服务管理,如调试、运行参数的设置却依然传统,需要现场完成。本文基于船舶设备供应商菲尼克斯公司最新研发的远程访问VPN通讯模块,介绍了其系统组成,模块配置管理、使用等方面的内容。With continuous development of the automatic control system of marine equipment, the electrical control mode has been upgraded from the traditional pure relay control to the single-chip microcomputer, PLC and other control modes, coupled with the high-speed development and application of human-computer interface technology HMI, which makes the marine equipment control system more intelligent and vivid. However, the technical service management of the equipment itself, such as debugging and setting of operation parameters, is still traditional and needs to be completed on site. Based on the newly developed remote access VPN communication module of Phoenix Contact company, a ship equipment supplier, this paper introduces its system composition, module configuration management, use and other aspects.
