摘　　要：目的:对《中国药典》2015年版二部的醋酸地塞米松片红外鉴别提出修订建议,为新版药典该方法的科学完善提供参考。方法:研究《中国药典》2015年版醋酸地塞米松片红外鉴别实验的操作性,参照国外药典相关部分情况进行修订。结果:对醋酸地塞米松片鉴别(2)的判定提出了修订意见和建议。结论:修订后的醋酸地塞米松片红外鉴别叙述更加合理、操作方便,且与国际接轨。Objective:Revision proposals of infrared identification of Dexamethasone Acetate Tablets in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 VolⅡwere put forward to provide reference for scientific improvement of the method in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020.Methods:The test procedure of infrared identification of Dexamethasone Acetate Tablets in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 was evaluated and revised with reference to relevant parts of foreign pharmacopoeias.Results:The revision opinions and suggestions on identification(2)of Dexamethasone Acetate Tablets were put forward.Conclusion:The description of infrared identification of Dexamethasone Acetate Tablets is more reasonable and the operation is convenient after revision.The revised identification is harmonized to international standards.
