摘  要:基于压电陶瓷智能传感器的早期混凝土强度监测,是土木工程健康监测领域的热点之一。预先在混凝土内部埋置基于压电陶瓷的智能材料作为传感器和激励器,发送和接收信号。压电陶瓷传感器可被用作驱动器产生高频振动波,在混凝土结构中传播;同时,它也可以被用作接收器来探测波动。通过对嵌入式压电传感器的谐波响应振幅的观察,对混凝土试件的早期强度进行监测。试验结果表明:谐波响应的振幅随着混凝土强度的增强而发生变化,压电陶瓷传感器能够及时监测早期混凝土强度的变化过程。Early concrete strength monitoring based on piezoelectric ceramic intelligent sensors is one of the hot spots in the field of civil engineering health monitoring.In this paper,intelligent materials based on piezoelectric ceramics are embedded in concrete as sensors and actuators to send and receive signals.Piezoelectric ceramic sensors can be used as actuators to generate high-frequency vibration waves that propagate through concrete structures.It can also be used as a receiver to detect waves.By observing the harmonic response amplitude of embedded piezoelectric sensor,the early strength of concrete specimen was monitored.The results show that the amplitude of harmonic response changes with the strength of concrete,and the piezoelectric ceramic sensor can monitor the strength of concrete in time.
