摘 要:随着全国城镇化速度的加快,如何在经济发展的同时保障人民群众的人身与财产安全不受火灾的侵袭成为了城市防灾建设的关键问题。为了解决城市消防建设中的固化问题,以淮南市的消防布局状况作为研究对象,采用问卷调查及查阅相关文献等方法,在淮南市城市发展战略规划的基础上,提出了在对不同区域特色进行火灾风险性识别的同时,结合四城区进行城市一体化区域协调联动,并结合大数据云平台在应对火灾事故的过程中帮助指挥员进行宏观调控与调度,结果表明了韧性城市的引入对城市承灾防灾能力的提高具有重大意义,在以后城市规划布局及火灾预防中具有一定的借鉴意义。With the acceleration of urbanization in the country,how to protect the personal and property safety of the people from the fire in the economic development has become a key issue in urban disaster prevention construction.In order to solve the problem of solidification in urban fire protection construction,the fire protection layout situation in Huainan City was taken as the research object,and questionnaires and related literature were used to propose the plan based on the strategic planning of urban development in Huainan City that fire risk identification according to the characteristics of different regions,combined with the urban area integration coordination of the four urban districts,could be conducted together with helping the commanders to carry out macro-control and dispatch with the big data cloud platform in the process of dealing with fire accidents.The results show that the introduction of resilient cities to the city is of great significance to the improvement of disaster prevention and disaster prevention capability and will have certain reference significance to urban planning and fire prevention.
