摘 要:为研究新型“聚氨酯-水玻璃”双液注浆材料加固松软破碎煤层的力学性能,研制了一套高压双液注浆系统,开展“聚氨酯-水玻璃”双液材料注浆加固煤体模型试验。结果表明:新型双液注浆材料凝胶时间可控,纯浆液固结体强度为56.0MPa;注浆过程中温度、压力峰值均出现在10min左右,应力峰值出现在15min左右;煤体加固效果良好,试样单轴抗压强度在15.1~29.7MPa之间;浆液在煤体中呈非均匀扩散,注浆过程温度、压力、应力和加固体抗压强度随着距注浆口距离的增大逐渐减小。煤与浆液在交界处胶结紧密,浆液面密实光滑,浆液填充效果较好,固结强度高。浆液在煤体中的扩散方式为渗透扩散,物理力学性能良好,适合煤体注浆。In order to study the mechanical properties of a new type of"polyurethane water glass"double liquid grouting material for strengthening soft and broken coal seam,a set of high pressure double liquid grouting system was developed,and the model test of"polyurethane water glass"double liquid grouting material for strengthening coal body was carried out.The results show that the new double liquid grouting material is controllable in gel time,the strength of pure slurry consolidation body is 56.0MPa,the peak value of temperature and pressure in the grouting process is about 10mins,and the peak value of stress appears at 15min.The reinforcement effect of coal is good,the uniaxial compressive strength of the sample is between 15.1~29.7MPa,the slurry is heterogeneous diffusion in the coal body,and in the grouting process the temperature,pressure and stress and compressive strength decreases with the increase of the distance from the grouting port.The coal and slurry are cemented closely at the junction,the slurry surface is dense and smooth,the slurry filling effect is good,and the consolidation strength is high.The diffusion mode of slurry in coal body is infiltration diffusion,with good physical and mechanical properties,which is suitable for coal body grouting.
