摘　　要：维生素D是一种脂溶性类固醇激素前体,它在人类几乎所有有核细胞中普遍表达,不仅参与调节体内钙磷代谢,而且还影响自身免疫、组织炎症和细胞活性。近年研究发现维生素D与心力衰竭、高血压、冠心病、心肌病等多种心血管疾病的发生、发展密切相关。本文主要就维生素D与心血管疾病关系的最新研究进展做一综述。As a fat-soluble steroid hormone precursor, vitamin D is generally expressed in almost all human nucleated cells, which is not only involved in regulating calcium and phosphorus metabolism in the body, but also affects autoimmunity, tissue inflammation and cell activity. Recent studies have found that vitamin D is closely related to the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases such as heart failure, hypertension, coronary heart disease and cardiomyopathy. This paper reviews the latest research progress on the relationship between vitamin D and cardiovascular diseases.
