摘 要:对燃气阶梯计费的技术要求和技术条件进行分析和归纳,构建了一种阶梯计费算法的技术模型。创新地提出了一种表内双计费方案的设计方法,在燃气表内设置两套阶梯计费方案,并根据方案的有效日期判别其中一套方案为当前运行方案,相比单方案设计,降低了计费方案修改、启用、调价和实时时钟校时等操作的复杂处理要求。最后,详细分析了阶梯计费燃气表的功能需求、系统组成和计费测试方法,设计开发了一款具有实时阶梯计费功能的CPU卡阶梯计费燃气表。This paper analyzed and summarized the technical requirements and conditions of gas step billing, and constructed a technical model of step billing algorithm. Innovatively this paper proposed a design method of dual billing schemes, and two sets of step billing plans were set up in the gas meter, one of the plans was judged to be the current run plan based on the effective date of the scheme. Compared with single scheme design, it reduces the complex processing requirements of modification, enabling, price adjustment and real-time clock timing of billing scheme. Finally,the functional requirements, system composition and charging test method of step billing gas meter were analyzed in detail, and a CPU card step billing gas meter with real-time step billing function was designed and developed.
