摘  要:针对油田生产过程中普遍存在的腐蚀问题,选取某采油厂一区块作为研究对象,检测发现该区块油井产出液含水率高,产出水矿化度高,pH值低,含有大量的硫酸盐还原菌、铁细菌以及CO2、H2S气体,这些腐蚀性物质的综合作用造成抽油杆和油管穿孔、变形和断落,给油田生产造成严重影响和重大经济损失。为了解决腐蚀问题,结合王家湾区块的腐蚀特点,采用环境友好型咪唑啉缓蚀剂为主剂,利用缓蚀剂的协同效应,选取长碳链咪唑啉(SPA)、磷酸酯咪唑啉(IPP)、季铵盐类杀菌剂(QSB)和乳化剂(EM)四种药剂,通过正交试验进行复配研究,确定四种药剂的最优配方。通过缓蚀剂性能测试表明,在适当的浓度下,金属腐蚀速率随着缓蚀剂浓度的增加而降低,且远远小于油田对腐蚀速率的控制要求,说明该缓蚀剂体系具有很好的缓蚀效果。极化曲线研究表明,该缓蚀剂体系是以抑制阴极反应过程为主的混合型缓蚀剂,可以适用于多种介质环境。In view of the corrosion problems in the oilfield production process of oil well,an area of the an Oil Production Plant was selected as the research object. It has been found that the oil well produced in this block has high water content,high salinity of produced water,low p H value,and contains a large number of sulfate-reducing bacteria,iron bacteria,CO2 and H2S. The combined effects of these corrosive substances cause perforation,deformation and breakage of the sucker rods and tubing,causing serious impacts on the oilfield production and significant economic losses. In order to solve the corrosion problem,combined with the corrosion characteristics of the Wangjiawan area,we chose the environmentally friendly imidazoline corrosion inhibitors which are SPA,IPP,QSB and EM. The the corrosion inhibitor performance test shows that at the appropriate concentration,the metal corrosion rate decreases with the increase of the corrosion inhibitor concentration,and is much smaller than the oilfield corrosion rate requirement. It means that the corrosion inhibitor system has a good corrosion inhibition effect. The polarization curve study shows that the corrosion inhibitor system is a mixed corrosion inhibitor mainly suppressing the cathodic reaction process,and can be applied to a variety of medium environments.
