摘 要:为进一步研究益生菌对仔猪生长性能、腹泻率和血清生化指标、免疫指标的影响,选取1000头健康状况良好、平均始重(8.31±0.33)kg、(35±2)日龄的三元杂交断奶仔猪,随机分成对照组和试验组2组,对照组不添加任何益生菌和抗生素,试验组每1000 kg饮水中添加1 L的益生菌。结果表明:饮水中添加复合益生菌能够较好地改善仔猪的生长性能,提高仔猪的日增重,降低料重比(P<0.05),降低仔猪腹泻率(P<0.05),提高仔猪的免疫力(P<0.05)。In order to further study the effects of probiotics on the growth performance,diarrhea rate,and serum biochemical and immune indices of piglets,a total of(35±2)day-old 1000"Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire"crossbred healthy piglets with the average initial body weight of(8.31±0.33)kg were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The piglets in the control group were only fed with the a basal diet without probiotics and antibiotics,and the piglets in the experimental group were fed with the diet adding 1 L probiotics per 1000 kg of drinking water.The results showed that adding compound probiotics in the drinking water could improve the growth performance of piglets,increase the daily gain of piglets,reduce the ratio of material to weight(P<0.05),reduce the diarrhea rate of piglets(P<0.05)and improve the immune function of piglets(P<0.05).
