摘　　要：研究梳理分析了新中国成立以来的高校资助政策体系的发展脉络和现状特征,并基于对规律性经验和实践的考量,指出我国高校资助政策体系应该在家庭经济困难学生的全方位资助体系的构建背景下,重视高校资助工作,在“立德树人”这一根本任务的指引下,丰富和提升资助伦理、精准资助和资助可持续性的内涵。This paper analyzes the development and current characteristics of university financial funding system since the founding of the People s Republic of China,and based on the consideration of regular experience and practice,points out that the policy system of university financial aid in China should pay attention to the university funding work under the background of the construction of the all-round funding system for students with family economic difficulties,and enrich and promote the connotation of funding ethics,precise funding and sustainability of funding under the guidance of the fundamental task of“Building Morality and Cultivating Talents”.
