水泥砼路面改造共振碎石化技术应用研究

摘　　要：本文以某城市主干道"白改黑"改造工程为例,对旧水泥砼路面共振碎石化技术的应用进行研究。工程实践表明,采用共振碎石化技术,破碎的颗粒级配良好,碎石相互啮合嵌挤,破碎层弹性模量及弯沉值满足设计要求,可作为基层加铺沥青砼面层。Taking the "white to black" reconstruction project of a city’s main road as an example, this paper studies the application of resonance crushing petrochemical technology in the old cement concrete pavement. The engineering practice shows that the particles of resonance crushing are well graded, meshed and squeezed with each other, and the elastic modulus and deflection value of the crushing layer meet the requirements, so it can be used as the base course to lay asphalt concrete surface course.
