摘　　要：通过聚酯产品的DSC测试谱图信息,剖析不同情况下聚酯切片及瓶胚的特性,提出了利用DSC测试进行聚酯切片的异物分析、切片来源判断、结晶性能评价、用户投诉样品剖析以及新产品开发时工艺调整的建议,进一步说明DSC测试在聚酯生产、品质控制工作中的重要作用。Based on the DSC test spectrum information of polyester products,the characteristics of PET chips and bottle embryos under different conditions are analyzed.Suggestions are put forward for foreign matter analysis,chip source judgment,crystallinity evaluation,customer complaint sample analysis and process adjustment during the development of new products by using DSC test,which further explains the DSC test in polyester production and quality control important applications in.
