摘　　要：介绍了“一头两尾”形式建设的酯化聚合装置热灌产品转产流程,该流程可实现多品种PET产品的快速转产,降低转产过渡料的降等品,提升利润。This paper introduces the conversion process of thermal irrigation products of esterification polymerization plant in the form of"one head and two tails".This process can realize the rapid conversion of various pet products,reduce the reduction of transition materials,and improve profits.
