摘 要:非缺缸导致的发动机运行状况不良,应考虑进行常规检查,再结合诊断仪数据流、示波功能共同诊断。当进气歧管压力传感器至进气歧管间的真空软管存在破损、漏气或不通畅等异常现象,此时,导致进气歧管内的真空度与大气压力相近,传感器不能有效准确地检测信号,导致ECU接收到的电信号失真。所以在针对进气压力传感器单独诊断前,应确保其工作环境状态良好,从而减少错误诊断,提升故障诊断的效率。The engine running condition not caused by lack of cylinder should be considered for routine inspection,combined with the data flow of the diagnostic instrument and the oscilloscope function.When the vacuum hose from the intake manifold pressure sensor to the intake manifold is damaged,leaking,or unobstructed,the vacuum in the intake manifold is close to the atmospheric pressure,and the sensor cannot effectively and accurately detect the signal,which causes the electric signal received by the ECU to be distorted.Therefore,before the individual diagnosis of the intake pressure sensor,it should be ensured that its working environment is in good condition,so as to reduce false diagnosis and improve the efficiency of fault diagnosis.
