摘　　要：针对传统内燃机车司控器无法自检报警的问题,在简要介绍S702D型司控器组成、功能和电路原理的基础上,探索在S702D型司控器上增加自检功能。根据自检功能电气原理,在S702D型司控器上增加主控板和角度传感器,然后从硬件和软件2个方面重点阐述主控板设计。自检功能不仅能够循环自检,当发现故障时,还会发出报警声,提醒司机及时处理,进一步提高了内燃机车司控器的安全性。In order to solve the problem that the traditional diesel locomotive master controller cannot be selfchecked and alarmed, based on the brief introduction of the composition, function and circuit principle of the S702 D master controller, this paper explores the design of adding self-check function on it. According to the electrical principle of self-check function, the main control panel and angle sensor are added to the S702 D master controller, and then the design of the main control panel is mainly expounded from two aspects of hardware and software. The added self-check function circulates continuously, when the fault occurs, it alerts the driver to deal with it in time, which improves the safety of diesel locomotive in use.
