摘 要:为解决大规模定制中因个性化产品需求过多导致批量不足而增加生产成本问题,提出一种云制造环境下涵盖从客户提交制造请求到制造完成的产品定制模式。为解决该模式中涉及的资源调度问题,建立由所有产品制造时间总和最小、制造总成本最低和总合格率最高的多目标优化函数,并使用NSGA-Ⅱ算法对模型进行求解。使用3种无人机协同制造案例模拟该模式运行过程,验证了资源调度模型的实用性和有效性。In order to solve the problem of increasing production cost and time due to too much demand for personalized products in mass customization,this paper proposes a product customization mode in cloud manufacturing environment,which covers from custom⁃er submitting manufacturing request to manufacturing completion.Then,in order to solve the resource scheduling problem involved in the model,a multi-objective optimization function composed of the minimum total manufacturing time of all products,the lowest total manufacturing cost and the highest total qualified rate is established,and NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm is used to solve the model.Finally,three UAV collaborative manufacturing cases are used to simulate the operation process of the mode and verify the practicability and ef⁃fectiveness of the resource scheduling model.
