品管圈护理模式对胃肠外科护理质量及护理满意度的影响及应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈护理模式对胃肠外科护理质量及护理满意度的影响及应用价值。方法选取实施品管圈活动之前半年内胃肠外科接受手术治疗的176例患者作为对照组和之后半年内的184例同类患者为观察组;比较两组患者护理期间不良事件、术后并发症发生率及护理满意度情况。结果观察组患者的护理不良事件及术后并发症发生率分别为2.17%和1.63%,低于对照组的7.95%和6.82%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意率为95.65%,明显高于对照组84.66%(P<0.05)。结论对胃肠外科患者实施品管圈护理模式可明显降低患者在护理期间的不良事件、并发症的发生率,提高护理满意度,对保证医疗安全、促进护患关系的和谐具有重要意义,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the influence of quality control circle nursing mode on the quality of nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of gastrointestinal surgery and its application value.Methods Selection of half a year before implementation of quality control circle activity gastrointestinal surgery surgical treatment of 176 cases as control group and the later half year of 184 patients with similar as the experimental group,compared two groups of patients during nursing adverse events,the incidence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction.Results Experimental group patients nursing adverse events and postoperative complication rates were 2.17%and 1.63%respectively,lower than the control group 7.95%and 6.82%,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group nursing satisfaction rate of 95.65%of patients was obviously higher than that of control group 84.66%(P<0.05).Conclusion To carry out quality control circle nursing mode in patients with gastrointestinal surgery can obviously reduce the incidence of adverse events,complications during patient care,improve nursing satisfaction,to ensure medical safety,promote the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients is of great significance,is worth clinical use.
