摘  要:文章主要介绍了由过渡金属溴化亚铜催化合成二茂铁基炔丙基胺的研究。以溴化亚铜为催化剂,1,4-二氧六环为溶剂,吗啡啉、苯甲醛、二茂铁乙炔、为反应底物,回流搅拌反应得到目标产物。通过薄层色谱法(TLC)跟踪反应进行程度。确定反应完成后,经过柱层析,分离、纯化得到目标产物。然后采用傅里叶红外光谱仪对产物结构的特征红外吸收峰进行了表征,基本上可以确定产物结构的正确性。This article mainly introduces the study on the synthesis of ferrocene-propargylamine from transition metal cuprous bromide.With cuprous bromide as the catalyst,1,4-dioxane as the solvent,morpholine,benzaldehyde,and ethynylferrocene as the reaction substrate,the reaction was stirred at reflux to obtain the target product.The progress of the reaction was followed by thin layer chromatography(TLC).After confirming the completion of the reaction,the target product was isolated and purified by column chromatography.Then the characteristic infrared absorption peaks of the product structure were characterized by Fourier infrared spectrometer,and the correctness of the product structure was basically determined.
