危险货物适载性运输的技术要求及安全风险解析

摘　　要：危险货物具有易燃、易爆、有毒等危险特性,使用、储运、处置过程中处理不当极易造成事故、经济损失或环境污染甚至人员伤亡。危险货物的运输安全是危险货物管理体系的重要组成部分,运输适载性技术要求是保证危险货物运输安全的重要技术措施。文章从分析国内外对于危险货物运输的技术要求入手,结合危险货物适载性检验过程中发现的问题,完成了运输适载性安全风险分析。总结了危险货物包装的技术要求和危险化学品危险公示要素要求,提出了危险货物运输的安全风险警示。危险货物包装运输适载性安全技术解析为危险货物的运输安全把关提供风险预警和技术支撑,以降低危险货物运输风险。Dangerous goods are flammable,explosive,toxic and of other dangerous characteristics.Improper use,storage,handling process are extremely easy to cause accidents,economic losses or environmental pollution and even casualties.The transportation safety of dangerous goods is an important part of the dangerous goods management system.Technicalrequirementsof cargo-worthy are important to ensure the safety transportation of dangerous goods.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign technical requirements for the transport of dangerous goods,combining problems found in the cargo-worthy inspection of dangerous goods,safety risk factors ofcargoworthy for the transportare analyzed.The technical requirements of dangerous goods packaging and hazard communication elements are summed up.Safety precautions of dangerous goods transport are put forward.Analysis on technical requirements cargo-worthyprovide technical support for the risk warning and safety inspections of dangerous goods transportation.The aim is to reduce the risk of dangerous goods transportation.
