摘　　要：针对乙烯分离装置碱洗塔黄油生成量大,易堵塞塔盘,影响装置负荷及产品质量,探讨了造成碱洗塔黄油生成机理,调整进料醛酮含量、碱液浓度优选、增加水洗段水量及加大排黄油频次,实现碱洗塔运行工况进行优化,保证装置连续稳定运行。Base on the large amount of butter produced in Caustic washing tower in ethylene separation unit,which is easy to block the tray and affect the load and product quality of the unit,the principle of butter generation in Caustic washing tower was discussed,and the treatment method was proposed to optimize the operation condition of Caustic washing tower to ensure the continuous and stable operation of the unit.
