玉林市成人乙肝疫苗接种情况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨玉林市成人乙肝疫苗接种情况及影响因素。方法以问卷调查的形式,对玉林市625名调查对象的性别、年龄、文化程度、职业、年收入、居住地、乙肝疫苗接种史、婚姻状况等情况进行统计,并分析对乙肝疫苗接种的主要影响因素。结果单因素分析显示,不同年龄、居住地、文化程度、职业、年收入、长期生活周围的人中有无HBsAg阳性、有无创伤性美容史的研究对象乙肝疫苗接种率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,职业、居住地、文化程度为乙肝疫苗接种率的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论职业、居住地、文化程度可能是影响成人乙肝疫苗接种率的主要影响因素,需加强有关乙肝疫苗接种方面的宣教工作,提高成人接种意识及接种率。Objective To explore the situation of hepatitis B vaccination among adults in Yulin city and its influencing factors.Methods In the form of the questionnaire survey,625 respondents in Yulin city were statistically analyzed in terms of gender,age,education level,occupation,annual income,residence,history of hepatitis B vaccination,marital status,etc.,and the main influencing factors of hepatitis B vaccination were analyzed.Results The univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in the vaccination rate of hepatitis B among study objects around different age,residence,education level,occupation,annual income,long-term life,whether there was HBsAg positive in people living around for a long time,whether there was a history of traumatic beauty(P<0.05).The multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that occupation,place of residence and education level were the influencing factors of hepatitis B vaccination rate(P<0.05).Conclusion Occupation,place of residence and education level may be the main influencing factors that affect the hepatitis B vaccination rate of adults.It is necessary to strengthen the propaganda and education work on the hepatitis B vaccination to increase adult vaccination awareness and vaccination rate.
