摘　　要：肾结核是肺外结核的一种,可导致肾脏实质性病变,因其早期症状不典型,往往易漏诊、误诊、延误治疗,可损伤患者的泌尿生殖系统,最终导致肾功能丧失,威胁患者生命。因此,肾结核的早发现、早诊断及早治疗对以后的康复具有重要意义。本文通过对肾结核的中西医诊断及治疗研究进行综述,旨在为肾结核的诊治提供思路。Renal tuberculosis is a kind of extrapulmonary tuberculosis,which can lead to renal parenchymal lesions,because of its early symptoms are not typical,often easy to miss diagnosis,misdiagnosis,delay treatment,can damage the patient's genitourinary system,eventually lead to loss of renal function,threatening the patient's life.Therefore,early detection,diagnosis and treatment of renal tuberculosis are of great significance for later rehabilitation.In this paper,the diagnosis and treatment of renal tuberculosis of traditional Chinese and western medicine are reviewed to provide ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of renal tuberculosis.
