摘　　要：本文在分析长三角一体化发展的深远影响基础上,诠释跨组织科技创新团队特征,对团队绩效管理流程的各个环节进行了剖析,并提出提高跨组织科技创新团队绩效管理流程运行效率的对策。Based on the analysis of the far-reaching impact of the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta,this article interprets the characteristics of cross-organizational technology innovation team,analyzes each link of the team performance management process,and proposes the countermeasures to improve the efficiency of the performance management process of cross-organizational technology innovation team.
