人民银行基层行闲置固定资产跟踪调查分析及建议——以永州市中心支行为例

摘　　要：固定资产的有效使用,对固定资产管理效率的提升尤为重要。2018年以来,永州市中心支行对闲置的固定资产资产开展跟踪调查,跟踪调查发现,永州市中心支行2019年对闲置不动产再改造、闲置动产再调配以及闲置固定资产报废,改善了固定资产闲置状况,但仍存在绩效问题。基层行如何加强闲置资产管理,推进闲置资产再利用,实现"物尽其用"亟待解决。The effective use of fixed assets is particularly important for improving the efficiency of fixed asset management.Since 2018,the Yongzhou City Center Branch has carried out a tracking survey on idle fixed asset assets.The tracking investigation found that the Yongzhou City Center Branch reconstructed idle real estate,reallocated idle real estate and scrapped idle fixed assets in 2019,which improves the idle status of fixed assets,but there are still performance issues.How to strengthen the management of idle assets,promote the reuse of idle assets and achieve the"full use of everything"urgently need to be resolved.
