摘  要:近年来,蒸压加气混凝土砌块代替烧结普通砖被广泛应用于建筑行业。然而,蒸压加气混凝土砌块在使用过程中也遇到了一些问题。砂浆粘结性差使砌筑墙体的整体性降低,砌块自身特点及施工工艺不合理导致墙体出现质量问题。通过分析砌筑砂浆粘结性差的原因,提出相应解决措施,提高砌筑墙体的整体性。建立层次分析模型评估砌筑填充墙的质量通病,并提出合理的施工措施,改善墙体质量问题,使蒸压加气混凝土砌块得到更为广泛的应用。In recent years,autoclaved aerated concrete blocks are widely used in construction industry instead of sintered ordinary bricks.However,there are some problems in the use of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks.The poor adhesion of mortar reduces the integrity of masonry wall,and the unreasonable characteristics of masonry block and construction technology lead to the quality problems of the wall.By analyzing the causes of the poor bond of masonry mortar,the corresponding measures are put forward to improve the integrity of masonry wall.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)model is established to evaluate the quality problems of masonry filled walls,and reasonable construction measures are put forward to improve the quality of the walls,so that the autoclastic aerated concrete blocks can be widely used.
