摘 要:乌江洪家渡水电站溢洪道固结灌浆施工,底板出现抬动、开裂,本文分析原因认为:固结灌浆时,底板基岩面铺设的排水盲材系统,形成灌浆管网,使隧洞底板受灌浆压力作用向上顶托,而底板桔构锚杆的抗拨力、混凝土与底板基岩间的粘结力、底板混凝土自重,三者之和小于顶托力,虽然底板系钢筋混凝土结构,但钢筋对于混凝土结构而言,对防止裂缝形成的作用帮助不大,由此导致了裂缝产生。During the consolidation grouting construction of the spillway of Hongjiadu Hydropower Station in Wujiang River,the bottom plate was lifted and cracked.The causes of this analysis are as follows:during the consolidation grouting,the drainage blind material system laid on the bedrock surface of the bottom slab forms the grouting pipe network,which makes the tunnel floor support upward under the grouting pressure,while the total of the anti-displacement force,the bond force between the concrete and the base rock,and the self weight of the bottom concrete are less than the jacking force,although the base plate is a reinforced concrete structure,the reinforcement has little help to prevent the formation of cracks for the concrete structure,resulting in cracks.
