浅谈日照市“北水南调”三期工程中对PCCP管道质量的监控

摘　　要：PCCP管道供水工程的质量目标最终是由管材的质量来体现,并且管材质量还要通过施工作业进行检验。因此PCCP管材质量控制是供水工程项目质量控制的前提,也是质量控制的重点。本文以日照市南水北调三期供水工程为例,对PCCP管生产所用原材料质量、管道生产工艺质量和PCCP成品管质量探讨,对管材质量进行第三方严格监控,实现PCCP管材质量目标。The quality goal of the PCCP pipeline water supply project is ultimately reflected by the quality of the pipe,and the quality of the pipe must also be inspected through construction operations.Therefore,PCCP pipe quality control is the premise of water supply project quality control,and is also the focus of quality control.This article takes the Third Phase of"North-to-South Water Diversion"Project in Rizhao City as an example to discuss the quality of raw materials used in the production of PCCP pipes,the quality of pipeline production processes and the quality of finished PCCP pipes,and to strictly monitor the quality of the pipes by third parties to achieve PCCP pipe quality goals.
