摘　　要：将以公有制为主体、多种所有制经济共同发展,按劳分配为主体、多种分配方式并存,社会主义市场经济体制三项制度并列为社会主义基本经济制度,是坚持中国特色社会主义的必然要求,是实现经济高质量发展根本制度保证。湖北作为中部崛起省份,在当前疫情影响下,只有在坚持和完善社会主义基本经济制度的过程中,实现高质量发展。The basic socialist economic system is composed of the public ownership as the mainstay and the joint development of diverse forms of ownership,distribution according to work to give priority to body a variety of systems that distribute means to coexist,socialist market economy system.It is the inevitable requirement of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the fundamental institutional guarantee for the realization of high-quality economic development.Under the influence of the current epidemic,Hubei as the"Rise of Central China"will achieve the high quality economic development only in the process of adhering to and improving the basic socialist economic system.
