摘 要:大体积混凝土由于截面尺寸大,混凝土在硬化过程中水泥水化热高导致其内部温度增长速度快,导致混凝土内外温差过大,当内外温差产生的温度应力超过混凝土的抗拉应力,易使混凝土产生温度裂缝,从而影响结构安全和正常使用。为了满足结构物的承载力和耐久性要求,结合本工程实际情况,本文通过对主塔大体积混凝土进行仿真分析,根据仿真分析结果,并参考相关规范,提出了主塔承台、塔座、塔柱根部实心段的温控主要指标和参考指标。Due to the large section size of mass concrete, the high hydration heat of cement in the hardening process of concrete results in the rapid growth of its internal temperature, resulting in the excessive temperature difference between the inside and outside of the concrete. When the temperature stress generated by the temperature difference between the inside and outside exceeds the tensile stress of the concrete, it is easy to cause temperature cracks in the concrete, thus affecting the safety and normal use of the structure. In order to meet the requirements of the bearing capacity and durability of the structure, combined with the actual situation of the project, through the simulation analysis of the mass concrete of the main tower, according to the results of the simulation analysis, and with reference to the relevant specifications, the main index and reference index of temperature control of the main tower cap, tower base and the solid section at the root of the tower column are proposed.
