中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值与2型糖尿病血管病变的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血清中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)与2型糖尿病(T2DM)血管病变的相关性。方法选择2018年1-5月本院收治的284例T2DM患者作为研究对象,分为单纯糖尿病组(A组)72例、糖尿病仅合并微血管病变组(B组)53例、糖尿病仅合并大血管病变组(C组)82例、糖尿病同时合并有微血管及大血管病变组(D组)77例。分析各组NLR、一般临床资料及生化指标。结果四组间年龄、病程、NLR、胱抑素C、BUN、Cr、TG、空腹C肽的差异间具有统计学意义(P<0.05);相关性分析结果显示,NLR与年龄、病程、SBP、BUN、Cr呈正相关;logistic回归分析显示病程、NLR为糖尿病血管病变的独立危险因素。结论 NLR与2型糖尿病血管病变存在相关性,可作为2型糖尿病警示或预测血管病变的参考指标之一。Objective To explore the relationship between neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and vasculopathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 284 patients with T2DM were divided into single diabetes mellitus group(group A,n=72 cases),diabetes mellitus with microangiopathy group(group B,n=53),diabetes mellitus with macroangiopathy group(group C,n=82),diabetes mellitus with microangiopathy and macroangiopathy group(group D,n=77).NLR,general clinical and biochemical data of each group were analyzed.Results The differences of age、disease duration、NLR、cystatin C、BUN、Cr、TG and fasting c-peptide among the four groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that NLR was positively correlated with age、disease course、SBP、BUN and Cr.Logistic regression analysis showed that disease duration and NLR were independent risk factors for diabetic vasculopathy.Conclusions NLR is correlated with type 2 diabetic vasculopathy,and could be used as a reference indicator for type 2 diabetic warning or prediction of vasculopathy.
