摘  要:目的:对我国人体器官捐献协调员职业认同进行调查分析。方法:对2016年在中国红十字会注册登记的人体器官捐献协调员进行问卷调查。结果:共有182名协调员参与本次调查,职业认同总得分平均716.7分(中位值729.5分),单条目得分为39.4分(中位值40.0分);多元线性回归分析结果显示工龄与职业认同呈正相关,月平均收入与职业认同呈负相关。结论:人体器官捐献协调员职业认同感较高,工龄、月平均收入与职业认同水平有一定相关性。政府可适当调整协调员的相关政策,以促进协调员队伍的稳定。Objective:To investigate the occupational identity of coordinators for human organ donation in China.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among human organ donation coordinators registered with the Red Cross society of China in 2016.Results:A total of 182 coordinators participated in the survey.The average score of occupational identity was 716.7(median value 729.5),and the single item score was 39.4(median value 40.0).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that working years was positively correlated with occupational identity,while the average monthly income was negatively correlated with occupational identity.Conclusion:Coordinators for human organ donation have a high sense of occupational identity.There is a certain correlation between the length of service,average monthly income and the level of occupational identity.The relevant policies of the coordinators can be adjusted appropriately to promote the stability of the team of coordinators.
