摘　　要：目的:了解石河子市制造业职工健康素养水平现状,分析其影响因素,为有针对性地开展职工健康教育工作提供依据。方法:采用整群随机抽样的方法选取石河子市600名制造业职工进行问卷调查。结果:不同性别、户籍所在地、文化程度及家庭人均年收入的职工,其健康素养水平均存在差异(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析发现,性别、户籍所在地、文化程度和家庭人均年收入是职工健康素养水平的重要影响因素。结论:石河子市制造业职工健康素养水平受多种因素影响,应从多方面进一步提高其职业素养。Objective:To understand status quo of the health literacy level of Shihezi manufacturing employees,to analyze its influencing factors,and to provide a basis for targeted employee health education.Methods:600 manufacturing workers in Shihezi city was conducted by a questionnaire survey by cluster random sampling method.Result:There were differences in health literacy among different genders,education levels,and family per capita annual income(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis found that gender,household registration,educational level,and average annual income of the family were the important factors influencing the level of employee health literacy.Conclusion:The level of health literacy of Shihezi manufacturing employees is influenced by many factors,it should be improved in many aspects.
