摘 要:目的:了解介入医务人员隐性缺勤现状,并从基本情况、身心健康状况、职业倦怠等角度分析其影响因素,为制定该职业人群隐性缺勤防控策略提供依据。方法:以齐齐哈尔市三级医院393名介入医务人员为研究对象,采用问卷调查法对调查对象进行调查。结果:介入医务人员高隐性缺勤的检出率为54.7%。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,工龄6-10年、值夜班、自评健康状况差、高危心理障碍、高度情感衰竭是隐性缺勤的独立影响因素。结论:介入医务人员隐性缺勤问题突出,相关部门应根据具体情况采取措施,预防和减少隐性缺勤的发生,提高工作效率和医疗服务质量。Objective:To understand the status quo of hidden absenteeism among interventional medical staff and to analyze its influencing factors from the aspects of basic situation,physical and mental health status and burn out,so as to provide an evidence for formulating strategies to prevent hidden absenteeism among the occupational groups.Methods:A total of 393 interventional medical staffs of a tertiary hospital with level 3 in Qiqihar city were selected and surveyed by the questionnaire.Results:The prevalence of hidden absenteeism among interventional medical staff was 54.7%.The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that 6-10 years of working age,night shift,self-rated poor health status,high-risk psychological distress,and high emotional exhaustion were independent influencing factors of presenteeism.Conclusion:Hidden absenteeism problem is serious among interventional medical staff.Relevant departments should take measures according to specific conditions to prevent and reduce the occurrence of hidden absenteeism,and to improve work efficiency and quality of medical services.
