基于“三线”工业遗产保护视角的小城市规划策略研究——以贵州省盘州市火铺片区为例

摘　　要：文章对工业遗产的概念、形成、价值及国内外研究的现状进行了梳理和评述,在分析贵州省盘州市火铺片区“三线”工业遗产构成和价值的基础上,从小城市规划与“三线”工业遗产保护的关联性入手,通过对小城市“三线”工业遗产的保护利用框架建构,“三线”工业遗产保护利用结合城市文脉发展、促进第三产业发展、促进宜人住区等方面的研究,提出了“三线”工业遗产保护和利用要作为小城市发展的组成部分统筹规划,并给出建议。This study reviews the concept,formation and value of industrial heritage as well as the status quo of its research at home and abroad.In addition,based on the analysis of the composition and value of the third-front industrial heritage in Huopu District,and starting from the relationship between the planning of small cities and the third-front industrial heritage protection,this paper puts forward that the third-front industrial heritage protection and utilization should be considered as an integral part of the overall planning of the development of small cities through the construction of the protection and utilization framework of third-front industrial heritage in small cities as well as the study on third-front industrial heritage protection and utilization that contribute to the development of urban context,the tertiary industry and the pleasant residential areas,and thereby it comes up with some suggestions.
