摘  要:采用乙醇回流提取法提取戈宝麻叶中芦丁,高效液相层析法测定戈宝麻叶中芦丁含量,通过响应面法优化新疆戈宝麻叶中芦丁的提取工艺,提高芦丁得率。在提取温度、提取时间、提取次数、提取温度、料液比等单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面法建立芦丁得率的数学回归模型,分析了模型的有效性、单因素效应及各因素间的交互作用。响应面法优化后芦丁提取最佳工艺条件如下:提取时间为2.080 h、料液比为1∶14.866(g∶mL)、提取3次、提取温度为60℃、乙醇浓度为86.189%,在此工艺条件下戈宝麻中芦丁理论得率为0.685%,实际结果得率为0.677%,与模型预测值吻合度高,说明该模型切实可靠,为戈宝麻叶中芦丁的加工利用提供了试验基础。The rutin was extracted by ethanol reflux extractions.HPLC assay was used to determine the rutin content in Apocynum venetum L.Extraction of rutin from leaves of A.venetum L.using response surface methodology.Response surface optimization of extraction conditions of rutin yeild which basing on the extraction temperature,extraction time,number of extraction,ethanol concentration and material proportion of single factor experiments.Then establishing a mathematical regression model of rutin yield and analysising the effectiveness of the model,single factor effect and the interaction between different affecting factors.The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:extraction time 2 h,material proportion 1∶14.866(g∶mL),number of extraction 3,extraction temperature 60℃,ethanol concentration 86.189%.Theoretically,the yield of rutin is 0.685%in these conditions.Under these conditions,the yield of rutin is 0.677%in practice,which is well in closely agreement with value predicted by the model.It provided a reference for utilization of rutin from leaves of A.venetum L.
