摘　　要：空间经济学是近年来兴起的一门学科,是用来解释产业的空间分布与经济增长关系的一系列理论。LS模型是空间经济学的一个重要模型,对产业集聚的条件进行了分析。空间的产业集聚是由贸易自由度决定的,与地区市场规模也有着密切的联系。在三区域模型中,根据产业区位和区域收入差异之间的均衡关系,如果中间落后地区市场足够大,并且地区间存在一定的交易成本,降低交易成本的政策就能促使产业向中间区集聚。在对中国东北地区、蒙古国和俄罗斯远东地区的实证分析中发现,蒙古国由于市场太小,交通基础设施也不完善,难以达到集聚条件,因而无法吸引投资。中国可以帮助蒙古国提高经济实力,完善基础设施建设,以尽快实现中蒙俄经济走廊的发展。Spatial economics is a rising subdiscipline in recent years,which is a series of theories to explain the relationship between the spatial distribution of industry and economic growth.LS model is an important model of spatial economics,and the conditions of industrial agglomeration are analyzed.The industrial agglomeration of space is determined by the freedom of trade and is closely related to the scale of regional market.In the three-region model,according to the equilibrium relationship between industrial location and regional income difference,if the less developed market ranked as middle region is large enough,and there is a certain transaction cost between regions,the policy of reducing the transaction cost can promote industry agglomeration in the middle region.In the empirical analysis of the northeastern China,Mongolia and the far east of Russia,it founds that Mongolia is unable to attract investment because of its small market and inadequate transport infrastructure to meet agglomeration conditions.China is able to help Mongolia increase its economic strength and improve its infrastructure construction in order to realize the development of China-Mongolia-Russia economic corridor as soon as possible.
