摘 要:为筛选防治番茄茎基腐病的有效药剂,本研究从番茄病株中分离病原菌,测定其致病性,同时评价9种市售药剂对该病病原菌的室内毒力,并从中选择室内毒力大的药剂进行番茄茎基腐病的田间防效试验。结果表明:番茄茎基腐病的病原菌归属于细菌;9种供试药剂中,50%琥铜·霜脲氰WP的毒力最大,EC 50为432.76 mg/L,高浓度下的抑制率可达100%;田间试验结果表明该药剂防治茎基腐病的效果最好,能显著降低病株率,防效达85.71%。因此,50%琥铜·霜脲氰WP对番茄茎基腐病病原菌具有较好的抑制作用,可作为田间防治该病的候选药剂。In order to screen out effective bactericides for tomato stem-based rot,the pathogenic strains were isolated from infected plants,and their pathogenicity was determined.The effect of 9 common bactericides in the market on tomato stem-based rot was determined in laboratory in order to screen the effective one for field tests.The results showed that the pathogen of tomato stem-based rot belonged to bacteria.Among the 9 tested bactericides,50%cuprous succinate·hydrocyanide had the most virulence with the EC 50 as 432.76 mg/L,and its inhibition rate was 100%under high concentration.The results of field experiment also showed that 50%cuprous succinate·hydrocyanide WP had the best control effect on stem-based rot,which could significantly decrease the diseased plant rate with the control efficiency as 85.71%.Therefore,50%cuprous succinate·hydrocyanide WP had better inhibitory effect on the pathogen of tomato stem-based rot,so it could be used as a candidate agent for controlling tomato stem-based rot in field.
