摘 要:以杂交桑桂优12号品种为材料,研究100 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下,0、0.5、1.0、1.5 mmol/L亚精胺(spermidine,Spd)对杂交桑种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数的影响。结果表明,100 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下,杂交桑种子的萌发受到显著抑制,发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数均显著降低。添加适宜浓度的Spd可有效缓解NaCl胁迫对杂交桑种子萌发的抑制,提高发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数;但浓度过高,反而加重NaCl胁迫的抑制作用,进一步降低杂交桑种子的各项萌发指标。综合来看,添加1.0 mmol/L Spd对促进盐胁迫下杂交桑种子萌发的效果最佳。The hybrid mulberry cultivar Guiyou 12 was used as material and the effects of(spermidine,Spd)with different concentrations(0,0.5,1.0 and 1.5 mmol/L)on its germination rate,germination vigor and germination index were studied under 100 mmol/L NaCl stress.The results showed that under 100 mmol/L NaCl stress,the germination of hybrid mulberry seeds was inhibited significantly with the germination rate,germination vigor and germination index decreased significantly.The addition of Spd at optimal concentration could effectively reduce the inhibition of NaCl stress to the germination of hybrid mulberry seeds.Low concentration of Spd could promote the germination of hybrid mulberry seeds,while high concentration of Spd could inhibit the germination.The effect of 1.0 mmol/L Spd was the best under this experiment conditions.
