摘 要:比较研究并评估红外相机在不同抽样方案中监测差异性和优缺点,有助于进一步了解监测性能和特征,从而为红外相机抽样方案的有效选择提供科学的参考依据。2012年8月至2015年4月,在广西弄岗国家级自然保护区按照公顷网格抽样方案和公里网格抽样方案分别布设35台和32台红外相机,对区内兽类及林下鸟类进行连续监测。对比分析2种抽样方案对应季节的监测数据发现:(1)在相同相机有效监测日内,公里网格抽样方案更快速获取兽类物种信息;(2)虽然2种抽样方案监测的物种数不存在显著差异,但监测到的物种组成存在差异;(3)公里网格抽样方案易于获取大中型兽类的物种信息,独立有效照片的利用率较高,而公顷网格抽样方案相机拍摄率较高,主要表现在小型兽类的拍摄。It’s necessary to compare and evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of infrared camera surveys with different sampling strategies to further understand the performance of biodiversity monitoring programs.From August 2012 to April 2015,35 infrared cameras and 32 infrared cameras were set according to a hectare grid sampling strategy,and a square kilometer grid sampling strategy,respectively,at Nonggang National Nature Reserve to monitor mammals and forest birds continuously.It’s found that:(1)Within the same survey duration,accumulation of mammal species information in the kilometer grid sampling strategy was faster than those in the hectare grid sampling strategy;(2)There was no significant difference in the number of species detected by the two sampling strategies,but species composition was different;(3)Sampling rate and utilization rate for large and medium-sized mammals were higher in the kilometer grid sampling strategy,whereas sampling rate of small mammals was higher in the hectare grid sampling strategy.These results suggested that different sampling strategies may be required for different taxonomic groups and research questions.
