摘 要:在聚氨酯(PU)中添加高纯铜粉(Cu),以N,N'-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,采用相转化法制备了聚氨酯/高纯铜粉(PU/Cu)微孔膜。通过膜动力学测试仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热重分析仪(TGA)、毛细流孔径仪及电子万能试验机对PU/Cu微孔膜的结构和各项性能进行了研究。结果表明:加入Cu后,PU膜的热稳定性、成膜速率、力学性能、亲水性、透气性均有一定程度的改善,膜孔结构得到细化,孔隙率和吸湿率呈先减小后增大的趋势。综合各项性能,当Cu添加量为1.0%时,PU/Cu微孔膜的整体性能最好。A high-purity copper powder(Cu)was added to the polyurethane(PU),and a polyurethane/high-purity copper powder(PU/Cu)microporous membrane was prepared by phase inversion using N,N’-dimethylformamide(DMF)as a solvent.The structure and properties of PU/Cu microporous membranes were studied by membrane dynamics tester,scanning electron microscope(SEM),thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA),capillary flow aperture analyzer and electronic universal testing machine.The results show that after adding high-purity copper powder,the thermal stability,film formation rate,mechanical properties,hydrophilicity and gas permeability of PU membrane are improved to some extent,the pore structure of the membrane is refined,and the porosity and moisture absorption rate showed a trend of decreasing first and then increasing.According to the comprehensive performance,when the Cu addition amount is 1.0%,the overall performance of the PU/Cu microporous membrane is the best.
