摘  要:为了回收利用数量众多的再生橡胶(RR),以氯气作为氯化剂,通过水相氯化法制备了氯化再生橡胶(CRR),红外光谱的结果表明CRR已经成功制备,且将CRR应用到氯化聚乙烯树脂(CPE)中制备通用型电缆护套基本满足要求。研究结果表明,随着CRR用量的增加,共混材料的极限氧指数(LOI)逐渐增大,阻燃性能进一步提高;SEM照片发现,样品燃烧后表面会形成牢固的焦化层,从而产生良好的阻燃性;当CPE/CRR并用比为90/10时,材料同时具有良好的力学性能以及较佳的耐老化性能,可以满足通用型电缆护套的应用,并可以大大降低生产成本。In this paper,in order to recycle a large number of reclaimed rubber(RR),chlorinated reclaimed rubber(CRR)was prepared by chlorination of chlorine in water phase.The results of infrared spectrum showed that CRR has been successfully prepared,and the application of CRR in chlorinated polyethylene resin(CPE)to prepare general cable sheath basically meets the requirements.The results showed that with the increase of CRR content,the limiting oxygen index(LOI)of the blends increase gradually and the flame retardant is further improved;SEM photos showed that the surface of the sample will form a solid coking layer after combustion,which will produce good flame retardant;when CPE/CRR ratio is 90/10,the material has good mechanical properties and better aging resistance at the same time,which can meet the application of general cable sheath and reduce the production cost greatly.
