清瘟解毒合剂联合磷酸奥司他韦对甲型流行性感冒疗效及炎性因子水平的影响  

Effect of Qingqi Jiedu Mixture Combined with Oseltamivir Phosphate on Efficacy and Inflammatory Factors of Influenza A

摘　　要：目的观察清瘟解毒合剂联合磷酸奥司他韦对甲型流行性感冒疗效及炎性因子水平的影响。方法将80例甲型流感患儿按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例。两组患儿均实行隔离保护,给予常规退烧、补液、饮食调理等方法处理,对照组口服磷酸奥司他韦颗粒,观察组在对照组基础上加用清瘟解毒合剂,水煎200 mL,1剂/d。治疗7 d后判定疗效。观测两组患儿各症状缓解时间(完全退烧时间、流感样症状缓解时间、疲劳缓解时间)、炎性因子水平(TNF-α、IL-6、CRP)。结果观察组临床显效31例,有效7例,无效2例;对照组临床临床显效24例,有效6例,无效10例;观察组疗效高于对照组;治疗后,观察组患儿完全退烧时间、流感样症状缓解时间、疲劳缓解时间均短于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗后,两组的TNF-α、IL-6、CRP水平显著低于治疗前(P <0. 05),且观察组降低程度大于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论清瘟解毒合剂通过抑制促炎性细胞因子的释放,调整患儿免疫状态,增强抗病毒疗效,且不良反应小,安全性高。Objective To observe the effect of Qingqi Jiedu Mixture combined with oseltamivir phosphate on the efficacy of influenza A and the level of inflammatory factors. Methods Eighty children with influenza A were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method. The two groups were treated with isolation protection,routine antipyretic,fluid replacement,diet conditioning and other methods. The control group was given oral oseltamivir granules.The observation group added Qingqi Jiedu Mixture on the basis of the control group,1 dose/d. The therapeutic effect was determined after 7 days of treatment. The time to symptom relief (complete fever time,influenza-like symptom relief time,fatigue relief time) and inflammatory factor levels (TNF-α,IL-6,CRP) were observed in the two groups. Results The observation group was clinically effective in 31 cases,effective in 7 cases,ineffective in 2 cases,and the total effective rate was95. 00%. The control group was clinically effective in 24 cases,effective in 6 cases,ineffective in 10 cases,and the total effective was 75. 00%. The observation group was more effective than the control group. After treatment,the time of complete fever,flu-like symptom relief time and fatigue relief time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P < 0. 05). After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0. 05). The reductiondegreein the observation group was greater than that in the control group (P <0. 05). Conclusion Qingxie Jiedu Mixture can improve the immune status of children by inhibiting the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines,and enhance the antiviral effect,with few adverse reactions and high safety.
