活血益肾汤联用低分子肝素钙治疗小儿过敏性紫癜性肾炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨活血益肾汤联用低分子肝素钙治疗小儿过敏性紫癜性肾炎的疗效。方法选取2016年3月-2018年6月医院收治的100例小儿过敏性紫癜性肾炎患儿。随机分组,对照组采取低分子肝素钙治疗,观察组则采取低分子肝素钙+活血益肾汤治疗。比较两组疾病疗效;过敏性紫癜消退的时间、住院的时间、肾炎症状改善时间;治疗前后患儿尿红细胞计数水平、24 h尿蛋白水平;不良反应。结果观察组疾病疗效、过敏性紫癜消退的时间、住院的时间、肾炎症状改善时间、尿红细胞计数水平、24 h尿蛋白水平相比较对照组更好,P <0. 05。观察组和对照组不良反应相似,P> 0. 05。结论低分子肝素钙+活血益肾汤治疗小儿过敏性紫癜性肾炎效果好。Objective To explore the curative effect of Huoxue Yishen Decoction combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis in children. Methods A hundred children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis in our hospital from March 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium,while the observation group was treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium and Huoxue Yishen Decoction. The curative effects of the two groups were compared. We compared the time of remission of Henoch-Schonlein purpura,the time of hospitalization and the time of improvement of nephritis symptoms,urine red blood cell count and 24-hour urine protein in children before and after treatment and observed the adverse reactions. Results Compared with those of the control group,the treatment effect,the time of remission of Henoch-Schonlein purpura,the time of hospitalization,the time of improvement of nephritis symptoms,the level of urine red blood cell count and the level of 24-hour urine protein in the observation group were better (P < 0. 05). The adverse reactions of the observation group and the control group were similar (P > 0. 05). Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with Huoxue Yishen Decoction has a good effect on children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis.
