脱敏汤治疗肺脾肾亏虚证支气管哮喘慢性持续期临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨脱敏汤治疗肺脾肾亏虚证支气管哮喘慢性持续期的临床疗效。方法使用随机平行对照方法,选取阳江市人民医院2017年6月-2018年6月收治慢性持续期的支气管哮喘患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分对照组和实验组,每组45例。对照组给予沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗;实验组给予脱敏汤治疗,连续治疗2个月为1疗程。观察并记录两组患者的临床治疗疗效及肺功能。结果与对照组相比,实验组临床疗效、中医证候疗效较高(P <0. 05);治疗前两组患肺功能及中医症状体征无明显差异(P> 0. 05);治疗2个月后,两组肺功能指标均增高(P <0. 05),与对照组相比,实验组肺功能指标较高(P <0. 05)。结论肺脾肾亏虚证支气管哮喘慢性持续期采用脱敏汤治疗的效果明显,可有效改善肺功能及临床症状。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Tuomin Decoctionon treating chronic persistent bronchial asthma with deficiency of lung,spleen and kidney. Methods Ninety patients with chronic persistent bronchial asthma in Yangjiang People’s Hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research objects by randomized parallel control method,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with salmeterol and fluticasone powder inhalation,while the experimental group was treated with Tuomin Decoction. Two months was a course of treatment. The clinical curative effect and pulmonary function of the two groups were observed and recorded. Results Compared with the control group,the clinical efficacy and TCM syndromes of the experimental group were higher (P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in lung function,TCM symptoms or signs between the two groups before treatment (P < 0. 05). After two months treatment,the lung function indexes of the two groups increased (P <0. 05). Compared with the control group,the lung function indexes of the experimental group were higher (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Tuomin Decoctionhas obvious effect on chronic persistence of bronchial asthma with deficiency of lung,spleen and kidney and can effectively improve lung function and clinical symptoms.
