摘  要:建立了一种同时定量测定苯胺法合成2-巯基苯并噻唑的萃取液中苯并噻唑、甲苯和2-巯基苯并噻唑的高效液相色谱分析方法.用C18柱分离,以V(乙腈)∶V(0.1 mol/L磷酸二氢钠)=60∶40为流动相,在波长254 nm处进行测定,分离效果较好,对方法的线性,精密度,加标回收率进行了考察,该方法线性关系良好,重现性好,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于0.05%,加标回收率为99.8%-100.3%.A method was presented for the simultaneous determination of benzothiazole,toluene and 2-mercaptobenzothiazole in rosa centifolia from the aniline process adopted to the synthesis of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).C18 chromatographic column was used as stationary phase,and a mixture of acetonitrile 0.1 mol/L NaH2 PO4(60∶40,V∶V)was used as mobile phase.A good separation effect was obtained with a detection wavelength of 254 nm.This method showed good linearity and reproducibility.The relative standard deviation(RSD)was below 0.05%and the recovery of spiked sample was 99.8%~100.3%.
